General Terms and Conditions for Discount Codes
By using any discount code provided by Custom Esignature, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Discount Application
- Discount codes apply only to the first payment cycle of your selected subscription plan (quarterly or yearly).
- After the initial discounted payment, subsequent renewals will automatically be billed at the regular subscription rate.
2. Eligibility
- Offers are valid for new customers only, unless otherwise specified.
- Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases or active subscriptions.
- Only one discount code can be used per customer or account.
3. Duration and Expiry
- Each discount code is valid only during the promotional period specified at the time of offer.
- Custom Esignature reserves the right to modify or cancel any discount code promotion without prior notice.
4. Payment and Billing
- A valid payment method is required to activate your subscription.
- Discounts are only applied to the initial billing cycle. Future billing cycles will resume at the standard pricing unless canceled per our cancellation policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not incur further charges.
- Refunds are not provided for the initial discounted payment.
6. Restrictions
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
- Codes are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and hold no monetary value.
7. Disclaimer
- Custom Esignature is not responsible for technical errors or failures preventing discount codes from being redeemed during their validity period.
- Misuse of discount codes may result in account suspension or removal of any applicable discounts.
