You can cancel your Custom Esignature plan by reaching out to our support team via email atsupport@customesignature.comProvide us with the email address associated with your account, and request a cancellation. Our team will process your cancellation and confirm it with you. Please note that cancellations need to be made within the seven-day risk-free trial period to avoid charges.
Upon cancelling your Custom Esignature plan, your account will be deactivated and your animated email signatures will no longer function as they are hosted on our servers. Please make sure to remove the signature from your email client to avoid any formatting issues. You'll also lose access to any updates and new features we release.
